Very nice office. The Dental hygienist was very nice and did a thorough job job, not pain! Dr. Krell was also nice.

Dr. Krell and his staff run what really must be the finest dental practice in town.
I left my dentist of 15 years when his office's response to a small Thursday emergency was "we can work you in on Monday." Getting desperate, on a recommendation, I called Dr. Krell's office. Their response, to a non-patient, "come on in now, the doctor will always make time for a busted crown.
Over the last few years, that attitude has not changed. Plus, Dr. Krell has made the investment in technology necessary to measure, create, and install perfect crowns in a single visit. (My past dentist, much better than competent, took at least two, often three trips.) No "temporary" crowns while the real one was crafted somewhere else and shipped in !
The hygienist, front desk, and assistants are all pleasant, as are the waiting room and treatment chairs - TV, earphones, Nitros when necessary.
All in all, a five out of five. You do pay for what you get, but you really, truly , get what you pay for, first class, and right the first time.

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr Krell and his team. They are extremely professional and courteous at all times. The reminder calls and texts are very helpful.
I have seen Kristin 3 or 4 times now along with my kids and she does a great job. Great personality!

I am really quite terrified of the dentist's chair due to little experience! Kristen and Pam made my experience really remarkable. They explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. My teeth feel so much better and I am so pleased!

Great job ... much faster than I expected ... less pain than I expected (almost none) ... less of that "tons of stuff crowded into my mouth" feeling than I expected. Less "feeling like I was in surgery" than I expected. Good humor and very professional staff ... and they put up with my guff excellently, and I do not think I am an easy patient. I would much prefer to be knocked out and wake up with everything being done ... that is not the way in works in the 21st century ... I remember every moment of what happened, and I still feel okay with the experience and will likely need to do it again with other teeth.
Its been 6 hours now and the cotton feeling is gone from my mouth ... and there is no pain. They have said that they will do a fast adjustment on the bite if it is needed ... so far, I don't think it will be needed.
Dental Science has come a very long way in my lifetime and I doubt there is a dentist alive more on top of it than Dr. Krell. He has my full recommendation.
