Fees - Our fees reflect the quality of materials used and our experience in performing your necessary treatment with a superb quality of service. It is our goal to inform you of all fees that may be incurred for your treatment in advance of the procedure.

Insurance - We accept most dental insurance programs used by major employers in the area. Please cal l our office if you are in doubt. We would be happy to verify your benefits before you arrive! As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly accept your insurance assignment and file your claim, leaving only your estimated co-pay for collection at the time of your visit.

Our goal is to help you to maximize your insurance benefits but not allow them to dictate the type treatment rendered

Extended Payment Plans - Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available. We offer financing through CareCredit upon approved credit with an interest-free period. Long term financing is also available for qualified applicants. To apply go to www.carecredit.com
